Will is a board certified psychotherapist (clinical social worker), who has over 20 years of experience providing a wide range of mental health services and human services, in numerous different types of mental health and government agencies. 

He has served as a director of outpatient mental health clinics (OMHC), psychiatric rehabilitation programs (PRP), and long-term residential programs.

Will has been a supervisor for child protective services and foster care / kinship care services in a large city and a rural county Department of Social Services (DSS).

He has served as a supervisor for a rural county Temporary Cash Assistance program (TCA), and has facilitated an employment program for a Bureau of Support Enforcement (BOSE) department.

Will has provided evaluative and psychotherapy services in different professional settings: OMHC's, PRP, child & adolescent and adult residential treatment programs and group homes, hospital emergency departments, special education schools, in-home services, and private practice.

He has also provided special education services in special education schools and private residences. 

Finally, Will has provided an array of evaluative services and has testified as an "expert witness" in Baltimore City, York County, and Lancaster County courts.
